Parents are advised to avoid paying fees by cash. DFC Coaching Institute will not be responsible for mishandling of cash paid to anyone.
Upon payment of fees, parents are advised to collect the Fee Receipt as proof of payment made.
Fee can be deposited by Credit / Debit / Net Banking / PayTM /
If parents or students have chosen to make the payment of fees in installments as mutually agreed, it is their obligatory duty to ensure sufficient balance in the account on the due date. A penalty of Rs. 200/- will be levied on the student/parent for any dishonored cheque, and further failure to rectify this may result in legal proceedings initiated by the management.
If a student leaves the course midway, the management reserves the right to recover the fees or deposit post dated cheques for fee recovery. Parents or students should ensure sufficient balance in the account on the due date.
Attendance Policy:
Failure to pay the installment of the fee on the due date will result in the student/parent being disallowed from attending classes after a grace period of 7 days. It is the responsibility of the parents to ensure timely fee payment to avoid inconvenience.
Refund of Fees:
Parents are advised to carefully review the fee structure before admission and deposit the course fee on or before the specified last date.
No refund will be entitled after the commencement of classes/lectures.
Transfer of Centre:
Students wishing to change study centers may do so subject to seat availability at the preferred study center.
Events Outside Our Control:
DFC Coaching Institute shall not be responsible for any claims or damages resulting from mishaps occurring on the premises due to situations beyond our control or any natural calamities such as earthquakes, floods, fires, etc.
Management Authority:
The Management reserves the right to make alterations or changes in the programs, venue, timing, and days of classes without prior notice.
The decision of the Director will be final and binding on students and parents.
DFC Coaching Institute reserves the right to cancel/terminate any batch if the minimum capacity of students is not attained. Fees taken from the students will be fully refunded without any interest in such cases of cancellation by the institute.
